NATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments will be made by express courier at home through national couriers.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and volume of products.
With each delivery effected by us, the customer will be provided with “Shipping Code” so that it can monitor in real time the status of his expeditions.
Shipping is free for orders with a total amount of more than € 299.00.
Delivery times are generally those indicated in the description of the article, but can sometimes vary according to the availability of manufacturing companies.
Delivery times are between 1 and 2 working days.
Upon receipt of the order the customer is required to verify that:
1. Check the number of packages, rejecting the shipment if there was correspondence between the number of packages in bubble and delivered;
2. Verify that packages don’t do breaking noises, especially for shipments of materials considered fragile, in that case refuse the shipment;
3. Verify the integrity of packaging and sealing, rejecting the shipment if the packages are damaged or opened;
As usual, any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages should be immediately reported to the carrier REFUSING merchandise.
WARNING: By signing and accepting the shipment declares that packages have arrived at their destination undamaged.
In case of refusal to report by mail at logistica@officeomnia.it the reasons for the denial of acceptance.
These reasons will be reviewed by our logistics department and measures will be taken to the most appropriate resolution.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipments will be made by express courier at home via Private International Couriers.
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and volume of products.
International shipments are available for all European countries.
Any customs charges for shipments to countries outside the EU are charged to the customer.
